These terms govern use of the Arda Aris Consulting website. Arda Aris Consulting is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. By using this website, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and applicable law. Consulting services are subject to a separate written agreement; browsing the website or sending an enquiry does not create a consulting engagement.

Consulting work supports informed decisions; commercial outcomes depend on factors including implementation and market conditions, and no particular result is guaranteed.
Fees, payment and cancellation
Fees, expenses, applicable taxes, payment dates and cancellation arrangements are set out in the relevant proposal or engagement agreement. The website does not establish a payment obligation or a universal cancellation policy. Any mandatory statutory rights continue to apply. Do not send payment information through a general website enquiry.
Confidentiality
Confidential project information should be handled under the confidentiality arrangements agreed for the engagement.
